AMRPC Meetings

The Athens Municipal-Regional Planning Commission consists of seven (7) members: two (2) of these are the mayor and a councilman; one (1) member is the general manager of the Athens Utilities Board; the other four (4) members are appointed by the mayor.

Athens Municipal-Regional Planning Commission meetings are on the first Monday of each month at 12:00 noon in the Conference Room of the Municipal Building located at 815 N. Jackson Street. Planning Commission Work Sessions are on the last Monday of each month at 12:00 noon in the Conference Room of the Municipal Building.
