 Council
Member Shannon Alvey was elected to the Council during the November
2004 election and officially began
her term on November 16, 2004.
Council
Member Alvey currently serves as Council's representative on
the Board of Directors for the McMinn County Department
of Juvenile Services, the Athens Regional Planning Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals and
is an ex-officio member of the Recreation Advisory Board.
